SOMO offered The Sandown Crescent that accommodates 136 units a renewable energy solution consisting of the replacement of 132 4ft and 34 5ft flourecent fittings.

An initial investigation was done where SOMO complied a full financial study validating the upgrade. This study included current OPEX costs in relation to potential future costs, integrating the capital cost of the project. It has been calculated that the saving on electricity usage shall pay for the entire project within a two year period.
